Words disappear into the atmosphere
I dreamt this idea up Monday night. I knew I had to make it. Turned out great. Snaps allow changing of the pictures.
This was a bespoke piece for a gentleman online, as a Christmas gift for his girlfriend. He wanted a yoga mat to be able to be carried along with the bag. The Manduka yoga mat is *very* heavy, and I’m incredibly pleased with how well it rides on the bag; all the weight is on the saddle loops. Features a quick-release system similar to Brooks’. For reference, this is a $300 bag, and has (obviously) been sold.
New bag: I’m really liking this one – tempted to keep it for myself. As you can see, it’s a bit larger, but still fits under the saddle nicely; yes, that’s four bottles. Size is approximately 8″ wide, 5″ tall and 5″ deep. Again, made with this Italian leather that I’m quickly running out of.
Here’s a new design using a cut of Italian leather I picked up recently. When I first saw the leather, I was almost appalled. Then I purchased it, thinking a wallet would look great in it (hint: it does). Then I got brainstorming, and now I absolutely love using it and making things out of it – I think it looks fantastic.
